Alisha Mann has been active in the Utah Title Insurance industry for over 25 years while being a licensed escrow officer for 19 of those. Starting as a 16-year-old working in a title plant after school gave her the opportunity to work her way through various positions acquiring knowledge and experience that’s garnered a reputation of both quality and excellence. Alisha’s attention to detail, quick problem-solving abilities in high stress situations all while maintaining a positive attitude help her lead her growing team. Her vast knowledge and calming presence bring comfort to the closing table, helping people feel confident and ease during what can be an intricate and overwhelming experience. Alisha finds a love for the real estate industry on a personal level as well driving her and her husband towards multiple real estate investments. She loves architecture, travel, health and wellness, yoga and any time she gets to spend with her husband and children.

Jenn Phillips recently moved back to Utah having spent close to a decade between NYC and London. Her time there gave her ample opportunity to travel and experience the rich diversity that exists in both life and business. While taking a leave from work to raise her 3 children, Jenn was able to complete her Associates with Columbia College and become a member of 2018 Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. Upon her return to work, Jenn was intrigued by the culture surrounding tech and startups. This, along with her desire to be a part of innovation and growth, led her into recruitment for several years. She has worked for two successful tech startups and a startup in private security and staffing. Jenn was not only a part of building the executive and entry level teams, but enjoyed being able to wear the many different hats that the startup culture so often requires when growing and scaling a company. During the last part of her stay in London, Jenn went to work for a startup that hired private security and staff for UHNWI. Hired on to initially help part-time with admin work and data entry, she quickly worked her way into a full-time recruitment managerial position, and then was later asked to fill in for a colleague on maternity leave as Head of Recruitment. Moving back to Utah where Jenn grew up, she decided to dive back into title and escrow. Having had a prior 5 yrs. of experience in this field, she felt that the skills she had acquired while living away would enable her to build a successful career in real estate. She acquired her escrow license in early 2022 and has been enjoying building her clientele.
